Third-Party Services: Facilitating delivery of pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, over-the-counter products, and other products ordered by You through the Site or App. 4. Diagnostic Scheduling: Facilitating the scheduling of diagnostic tests. Each of these is referred to as a "Service," and collectively as the "Services." This Privacy Policy explains what information We collect through the Platform and in relation to these Services, as well as how We use, process, and protect such information.
You agree and acknowledge that the Company is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Platform, and all information collected and processed on the Platform is handled by Us solely in connection with Our business activities.

We / Pharmacies / partners may collect Sensitive Personal Data or Information (SPDI) about You when You use Our Service(s) on the Platform or over whats app. This may include health-related information provided by You or on Your behalf, such as: 1. Medical or health history, health status, and laboratory testing results. 2. Details of the medical practitioner issuing the prescription. 3. Information about treatment plans, prescribed medication, dosage details (including frequency and alternative medication), and medicines ordered by You through the Platform. 4. Diagnostic results and other health-related information or data inferred from the above. 5. Payment details, including payment card number, expiration date, billing, and shipping address. By using the Services, You consent to the recording, storage, and disclosure of such communications for the stated purposes. Additionally, We may store and process prescriptions, treatment notes, recommendations, and other data generated by Medical Practitioners on or through the Platform or on whats app. Data shared by third parties, such as diagnostic information and prescription details, may also be collected and retained for Our records for the duration of Your use of the Services or as required or permitted by applicable law.
Other Sources: Information about You, such as order details or details shared with Our partners, may be received by Us from other sources, including Our partners, advertisers, or third parties registered on the Platform(whether currently available or introduced later), and added to Our account information.

These retailers operate on the Platform or sell medicines and wellness products to You through the Site or the App or WhatsApp. You agree and consent for a third party is involvement in Your transactions, and We will share relevant customer information associated with those transactions with that third party.
Third-Party Service Providers: Some of Your personal information or SPDI may be shared with third-party service providers, such as diagnostic service providers(whether currently available or introduced later) (including labs, collection agents, etc.), retailers, and logistics partners, for the fulfillment of Services and delivery of Your order(s). Examples of these services include order fulfillment, conducting diagnostic tests(whether currently available or introduced later) (including sample collection and processing), delivering packages, sending postal mail, newsletters, and emails, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, facilitating consultations with Medical Practitioners, providing search results and links (including paid listings), processing card payments, and offering customer service. When doing so, We will make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that recipients follow applicable data protection laws that align with Our own standards.
Transfer to third parties and outside India
