1. Easy, One to One, Return & Refund Policy
Once an order has been placed and payment has been successfully processed, you can align with the respective pharmacy for cancellation and refunds. We help our customers get full refund by talking to pharmacy on their behalf, however, the final decision lies with the pharmacy.
2. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
Due to the nature of our products and services, the following are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Personal Care, Baby Care, Food & Nutrition, Healthcare Devices, and COVID-Essentials: Products related to personal care, baby care, food & nutrition, healthcare devices, COVID-essential products (such as masks and gloves), sexual wellness products (such as condoms, pregnancy/fertility kits), diapers, health drinks, health supplements, glucometers, glucometer strips/lancets, health monitors, etc., are generally not eligible for return. However, the Company will accept returns for these products if they are defective, deficient, counterfeit, or not as described.
- Misuse Damage: Products that are damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.
- Missing Original Packaging or Accessories: Products without their original packaging, including accessories or freebies, will not be eligible for return.
- Damaged/Defective Products Not Covered by Warranty: Any damage or defect that is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty is not eligible for return.
- Missing Serial Numbers/UPC Numbers/Barcodes: If the product is missing its serial number, UPC number, or barcode, which was present at the time of acceptance, it may not be eligible for return.
- Missing Accessories/Freebies: If any accessories or freebies that were originally supplied with the product are missing, the product will not be eligible for return.
- Non-returnable Products: Sellers Note: Seller will clearly message you on WhatsApp about non-returnable products.
- Tampered Products: Products that have been tampered with are not eligible for return. Users should check for signs of tampering on the packaging at the time of acceptance and should refuse the order if the package appears to have been tampered with.
- Opened or Partially Used Items: Products that have been opened, partially used, or damaged are not eligible for return. Users are strongly advised to carefully inspect the packaging at the time of product acceptance from the delivery agent.
It is emphasized that the Company reserves the right to refuse returns based on the above conditions.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases, if a product is found to be defective or an error occurred on our part, please contact us via our WhatsApp number used to place the order or any original channel used to placed the order. We will assess the issue and may provide a replacement or credit at our discretion. Please note: Once the pick-up is completed and the product is verified by the seller, a refund for the total amount paid for the eligible returned products, as outlined above, will be initiated.
